Our technology

we are committed to quality and sustainability in every aspect of our production process. Our printing blankets are manufactured through a rigorous process that ensures efficiency, precision, and, most importantly, the safety of our clients and the environment. A key differentiator in our production is the exclusion of toluene—a solvent commonly used in blanket manufacturing—which we have eliminated to offer a safer and more environmentally friendly product.

Our Technology

Production Processes

The first stage of our process is extrusion, where raw rubber is molded into a continuous form. Using high-precision equipment, we ensure the extruded rubber has the exact consistency and dimensions required for subsequent stages. This initial process is crucial for guaranteeing uniformity and the quality of the final product.

After extrusion, the rubber undergoes calendering, which facilitates the large-scale production of printing blankets efficiently and consistently, without the use of toluene. In this phase, the rubber is passed through rollers, compressing the material and adjusting its thickness, creating a smooth and even surface.

Next is the vulcanization process, where the calendered sheets are exposed to high temperatures and pressure to cure the rubber. This process creates chemical bonds between the rubber molecules, enhancing the elasticity, wear resistance, and durability of the blankets. By omitting toluene from our vulcanization process, we not only protect our workers and the environment but also deliver a purer, safer final product to our clients.

Finally, our printing blankets undergo the grinding process. In this phase, the surfaces are meticulously polished and adjusted to ensure precise dimensions. This step ensures that each blanket has the ideal flatness and texture for flawless performance in printing machines, delivering impeccable results with every print run.
